Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Amarillo, Texas.

Duties:

• Analyze and reconcile accounts
• Prepare and annotate variance reports
• Work with operating plans to create supporting financial forecasts and budgets
• Perform research to understand the accounting consequences of alternative approaches
• Responsible for conducting financial analysis projects and special statistical studies
• Analyze performance returns for accuracy, then communicate and review results with investment professionals

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present financial analysis to management
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software
• Working knowledge of popular financial management applications
