Our security guards play a very important role in providing safety and security for our clients, employees, and visitors of the facilities they monitor. We are searching for individuals with high attention to detail, and vigilance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential security vulnerabilities and report any safety hazards.
• Control access to the premises by verifying identification and authorizing entry for authorized personnel.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
• Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, accidents, or policy violations and document findings in incident reports.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining observations, activities, and incidents that occur during each shift.

Qualifications:

• Must have own vehicle.
• Smartphone for communication.
• At least 25 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Clean MVR - no tickets, accidents last 5 years
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Able to work independently.
• Flexibility for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must have a valid Colorado Springs Guard Card or be willing to get one within 14 days of offer.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including MVR reporting, drug screen and background investigation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
