ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

40% Sorts, opens and distributes incoming mail, which includes:

• Sorting envelopes by departments, opening each envelope, identifying the documents and determining the correct department;
• Preparing the information inside the envelope according to customer standards;
• Distributing the mail to the correct bin location for the correct department/individual for each department based on customer requirements; and
• Tracking all overnight mail for record keeping and delivers to individuals within time constraints.

40% Prepares outgoing mail for shipping, which includes:

5% Assistance with requests for supply requests, which includes:

• Filling product supply orders;
• Handling requests for distribution of office supplies;
• Delivering paper and toner supply orders;
• Filling special requests for product supplies; and
• Performing other functions as assigned.

15% Perform duties, which includes:

• Tracking product supply inventory;
• Assisting in preparation of department meetings;
• Tracking work received and assigned; and
• Assisting in training associates on processes.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Two to four years of office experience required.
• Ability to type 40 works per minute required.
• Professional oral communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Word processing and spreadsheet software required.
• Talent required in values, work intensity, achiever, positivity, resourcefulness, command, persuasion, relationship-extension, and exactness.
