Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Data Analyst will provide expert support for all Loss Prevention Services (LPS) reporting needs. Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of business requirements associated with the various reports, dashboards and scorecards delivered with the LPS Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence road map. The focus of this position is to exploit the capabilities of our reporting tools and applications to improve reporting functionality and efficiencies.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

• Builds reports, dashboards and scorecards utilizing Microsoft Power BI that are in line with stakeholder expectations, modern and intuitive.
• Collaborates with business leaders including Operations, Finance, IT and Executive areas to ensure various reporting features are fully understood, developed, tested, delivered, and supported.
• Partners with development team to plan, prioritize and deliver features that align with release plan including mitigating risks to delivery and ensuring a predictable development team velocity.
• Assists in providing configuration, design, and enhancements for organization reporting needs.
• Documents, triages and helps resolve issues completely through to resolution and closure.
• Communicates appropriate information including status, schedule variances and outstanding issues.
• Completes status reports timely without reminders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of IT and BI experience required building reports, dashboards and scorecards. 3-5 years of experience using Microsoft Power BI in an analyst and developer capacity. Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Power BI solutions in a cloud-based model preferred, including Azure AD with role-based access.  Candidates with other business intelligence solutions like Tableau will be considered.
