WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (ESSENTIAL DUTIES) ...
The primary role is to provide statistical and analytical expertise that will support and advance the organization's mission to improve outcomes for people mental health and substance abuse in the state of Rhode Island. The Data Analyst will work closely with teams from our partners within Horizon Healthcare and our internal stakeholders, to support the design and implementation statistical analyses for observational and interventional data, as well as to help establish best practices for data management and data analysis strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst looking to build a data repository from the ground up, and influence its' design and functionality.
Essential Duties:
Contribute to the design and build out of a functional data repository
Handle organization's data reporting and analysis including summarizing, documenting, validating, and creating charts for tracking and other fulfillment
client activities for pay for performance population management initiatives.
Partner with Horizon Healthcare colleagues to build best practices and aggregate data across sites
Monitor reporting performance and troubleshoot as needed in the eCW eBO Reporting Application
