Additionally, Service Contract Administrator may participate in review of customer issues and may recommend modifications to the services or terms. May assist with contract negotiations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Service Contract Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Barista serves quality beverages in a clean, organized environment demonstrating exceptional hospitality.
Baristas must have the ability to:
-Follow all company drink recipes and procedures.
-Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes.
-Operate and maintain espresso machines.
-Maintain, stock and clean barista area.
-Back up all food service area including cashier as needed.
-Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Candidates for the Barista position should have 6 months prior work experience as a Barista.
Pay Rate Range: $15.50 -$17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
