Position Overview: 

As an Account Relations Manager at Service Hero Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Lead a small team to help achieve business growth with clients
• Understand client goals and objectives to effectively communicate them to the internal team
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client partnerships
• Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Track and report key account metrics

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
• Management experience
• Strong understanding of marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• A Plus if you know Go High Level, not required
