Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is searching for a Desktop & Depot Support Manager to join our team in El Segundo, California. In this role you would be a part of our growing relationship with one of our great clients and be responsible for managing a team tasked with Desktop and Depot Support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of support engineers
• Ensure all the client desktop support tasks are being done in a timely and efficient manner (Software Break Fix support, Image Loads, Asset Recovery, Asset Tagging, Printer Support, etc...)
• Ensure all the client depot support tasks are being done in a timely and efficient manner (Managing the storage, inventory, and picking/packing of equipment, etc...)
• Ensure all documentation and reporting is being completed
• Ensure that all tasks are compliant with our client's policies
• Other Client Support duties needed to maintain Workstation operations and customer satisfaction may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous IT Management experience
• 2-3 years of previous experience in Desktop/Depot Support or similar roles
• Experience providing leadership and managing a team and helping to develop that team in their careers
• Expertise in documentation & reporting
• Knowledge of PC Imaging

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Dell Technician
• Expertise in Inventory Control

Requirements

• Must be within driving distance of El Segundo, CA, and willing to work onsite
• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
