Position Overview:
Lakeside Greenscapes, a leading provider of new construction landscape installations, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Warranty Specialist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for performing warranty work on recently completed landscape installations, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in irrigation systems, landscaping, and exterior lighting installation, as well as strong problem-solving skills. In addition to landscape warranty duties, this position will also assist the superintendent for Capital Home Builders when necessary, performing a variety of tasks including jobsite maintenance, material transport, and upkeep of model homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Work for Lakeside Greenscapes:

• Perform repairs on irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and adjusting sprinkler heads.
• Replace dead or damaged plants and ensure proper drainage for landscape installations.
• Spread pine straw and mulch where needed to maintain the aesthetic and functionality of the landscape.
• Provide homeowners with guidance on best practices for irrigation and lawn care.
• Install and maintain exterior low-voltage lighting systems.
• Treat lawns for weeds, pests, and other issues, including fertilizing and managing armyworm infestations.

Support for Capital Home Builders:

• Assist the superintendent by moving materials between jobsites and maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Perform regular maintenance of model homes, including mowing, edging, and irrigation system repairs.
• Spread pine straw and manage weed control at various sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with irrigation systems and general landscaping.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve landscaping issues efficiently.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse effectively with clients and address their concerns.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
