The Pocket Yacht Company is now seeking a full-time Service Writer to join our growing team. This qualified individual must be able to problem-solve, work well in a team environment, and be efficient to achieve high customer satisfaction.
POSITION TITLE: Service Writer
REPORTS TO: Service Manager
A Service Advisor is often our first point of contact for service customers via telephone and in person. In this role, you will prepare written estimates for service work and parts and act as a liaison between customers, manufacturer representatives, and service technicians.
