Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, providing estimates, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate service estimates
- Provide detailed explanations of services needed and costs to customers
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow
- Maintain customer records and vehicle maintenance history accurately

Skills
- Experience in a dealership or auto service management setting preferred
- Knowledge of tire service, auto estimating, sales, and upselling techniques
- Familiarity with oil changes, automotive services, suspension systems, and vehicle maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,592.08 - $54,906.59 per year
