Automotive Service Advisor

Duties:
- Assist customers with their service needs
- Work with the mechanics and technicians to complete jobs in a timely manner
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
- Schedule appointments and allocate resources effectively
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive service is desired or a related field
- Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and record keeping
