Our busy Title Insurance Agency is in need of an experienced Real Estate Settlement Officer to join our team working in the Carlisle area! The Settlement Agent needs to be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a proficiency in real estate closings and real estate settlement processing. Accurate calculations and a focus on detail are needed to provide our clients the most efficient closing process. Excellent communication skills are required to deliver outstanding customer service to our buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate agents. In addition to conducting settlements, the position requires knowledge regarding tax prorations, mortgage payoffs, lien payoffs, title insurance calculations and preparation of various real estate settlement documents.
