Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation. Additionally, Shipping and Receiving Clerk typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to supervisor. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Requirements of a Shipping and Receiving Clerk:
- Minimum 6 months experience in shipping and receiving in a warehouse setting.
- Physical inventory experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft and Excel
- Experience and skilled in Oracle system is preferred
- Extremely accurate data entry
- Ability to operate sit down forklift
- Prior experience in roles such as logistics coordinator, warehouse specialist, inventory control clerk, distribution associates, and fright handler are a big plus!

Requirements of a Shipping and Receiving Clerk:
- Prepares bills, packing list and other shipping documents
- Receives merchandise by checking and signing delivery slips and assist with unloading as necessary
- Inspects and verifies incoming goods against invoices or other documents, records shortages and rejects damaged goods
- Accepts or returns merchandise according to established company procedures
- May operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload , transport, and store goods.
