Check in and receive parts and accessories shipments.
Match and staple purchase order and bill of lading and ensure the totals are reconciled.
Label all parts received and put in appropriate area based on customer special orders, parts for service, stock items, or parts to be shipped.
Box and ship special orders to customers
Keep all stock items properly bin located
Responsible for accurate inventory records and periodic inventory counts
Handle requests for parts from service department.
Cross train in other departments as necessary.
Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department.
Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times.
Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to place orders with manufactures and suppliers
