About this position

SeeScan is currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to assist in the movement and stocking of our inventory. Your work will support multiple departments by helping to ensure the smooth flow of material both within our facilities and to and from our outside partners.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

This position pays $20/hour.

In this position, you will

• Process domestic and international outgoing shipments
• Verify sales order packing lists and pick orders
• Load and unload trucks
• Assist in general material handling
• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment as required
• Drive company vehicles for local pickups and deliveries

Your background

• Experience supporting domestic and international shipments
• Familiarity with documents and processes required for international shipments, including EEI filing, commercial invoices, packing lists, SLIs, HTS/Schedule B codes, and free trade forms
• Experience receiving incoming material, entering data in an ERP software – Microsoft AX experience preferred
• Supported material movement in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience/certification
• Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck

About you

• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working accurately with numbers
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Enthusiastic team player
