Shipping and Receiving Supervisor jobs in Sun Valley, NV

RESPONSIBILITIES

Packaging of finished products for shipment and/or storage. May include material handling in the stockroom, bulk, finished goods, receiving and warehouse.

ACTIVITIES

• Moves goods and materials in fast-paced environments within the company. Work locations may be Stockroom, Kitting, Receiving, Packaging and/or Shipping.
• Performs necessary tasks up to and possibly including:
• stock transactions on ERP system;
• finished goods packaging and shipping;
• cycle counts;
• receiving;
• kitting;
• opening boxes;
• stockroom "put-away" parts;
• issuing of parts to work orders on the computer;
• deliver and pick up product up to 75 pounds;
• other related functions and special projects.
• Loads and unloads materials up to 75 pounds in and out of company vehicles.
• Drives company vehicles to and from specified delivery and pickup locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cycle counting, stockroom, receiving, packaging and shipping, production control or material control is very helpful.
• High energy level and self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent driving record.
• Forklift certified.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
