Hiring: SCHEDULER

Full-Time

M-F 6:30am-3:30pm (Occasional Over-Time)

Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Description: Maintains availability of production machinery for the purpose of scheduling orders; summarizes and expedites scheduled order information to purchase corrugated board used in the production of boxes, and schedules delivery of corrugated boxes/packaging based on regional/geographic locations and customer needs.

Requirements: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of logistics, shipping and/or production-related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. A strong commitment to accurately maintaining time-sensitive information while performing in a multi-task/fast-paced environment required. Must be flexible in managing last minute updates/changes. Above average computer skills required. Problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently/team a must. Desire to work in an open office environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
