GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW

Daily retrieve truck volume projection. Send the truck order in timely manner. Monitoring truck cargo’s idling status and report to manager and concerned parties. Communicating with truckers and Troubleshooting concerned truck operation issue and support inland service.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

• Understanding HMM System (Compass) logic for Truck order system.
• List up truck volume before vessel arrive / rail ramp arrive.
• Send the truck order thru the program based on most cost competitive service provider.
• Report daily truck idling status.
• Trouble shooting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

• Communication skills with co-workers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn knowledge of shipping industry and intermodal truck operations.
• Computer skills, able to work with MS office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
• General understanding of International Container Business especially inland service in US area.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
