We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to join our team. The Shipping Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily activities related to shipping and receiving along with maintenance scheduling and purchasing parts & equipment.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of drivers to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with other supervisors for seamless planning
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee maintenance scheduling
- Oversee purchasing parts and equipment along with writing purchase orders and delivery tickets
- Complete DOT / SCDMV Registration & Filing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the industry or an Associates or Bachelors in Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and scheduling
- Ability to multi-task and keep things organized
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
$24-29/hr depending on relevant experience; will qualify for a review in 90 days for a raise

Monday through Thursday - 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
Friday - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
