QUALIFICATIONS:- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:- Five ·or more years' experience in shop floor production, specifically with structural steel ideally.
- Two years or more experience as foreman or supervisor.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Experience with CNC and manual machine operation.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- ABILITY TO READ A TAPE MEASURE TO 1 /16" IS A MUST.
