Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects ranging in size (100k-5mil) in scope.
• Schedule & coordinate subcontractors and in house labor.
• Schedule inspections.
• Manage schedules.
• Implement safety protocols.
• Interact with customers and or design team
• Represent and promote Carrera Construction positively and professionally.
• Continuously look for ways to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a superintendent.
• Must possess strong written and oral skills and computer literacy.
• Carpentry skills are desired.
