Job Summary
The Site Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they are meeting project requirements
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management software
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide progress updates
- Utilize Prolog and Bluebeam software for project documentation and reporting
- Oversee pipeline construction activities and ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Familiarity with project scheduling and management tools like Prolog and Bluebeam
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to safety on-site
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a construction team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with Federal Government Contracting preferred

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
