Heavy Machinery Lube Technician Needed
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team. We specialize in lube services for the construction industry. We work on all brands of excavators, dozers, wheelers, skid steer's, etc.
Looking for someone who prefers work where you experience something new every day, likes working in the outdoors, and has a strong mechanical/automotive background. We travel to our customers job sites to perform services.
As a key member of our growing business, the Lube Technician is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of machines in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires a strong understanding of automotive mechanics and construction equipment understanding, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Will begin training with an experienced technician.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including oil changes, filter changes, and overall inspections
- Ability to identify any visual issues with the machines
- Change engine oil, differential oil, transmission oil, and hydraulic oil. Replace filters. Check levels of all fluids not changed.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks, including heavy lifting and lifting equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain a clean and organized truck, adhering to safety and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality service
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and communicate effectively with customers
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of automotive service and repair
- Ability to work with power equipment
- Strong understanding of the construction industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized truck and worksites
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to get a Utah medical card (needed to travel in the vehicle)
- Certification in automotive service or repair is preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
