Sleep Center Manager jobs in Olympia, WA
Sleep Center Manager manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more sleep centers. Responsibilities may include staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing for the center(s). Being a Sleep Center Manager ensures patient care meets high-quality standards. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the sleep center(s). Additionally, Sleep Center Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires registration as a Polysomnographic Technician. Typically reports to a director. The Sleep Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sleep Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Innovative Sleep Centers is looking for a motivated Registered Polysomnographic Technologist RPSGT or Registered Respiratory Therapist RRT in our Chehalis, WA location.- Must have experience in performing sleep studies: PSG testing and CPAP, BiPAP, ASV, BIPAP ST titrations.
- Entry Level Respiratory Therapist-Training is available
- Communication, organizational and attention to detail skills are critical.
- Full time work 3-4 nights week 12 hour shifts
- Strong computer skills are necessary.
- Must enjoy working with patients, and have a drive to bring a great healthcare experience to all patients with compassion and support.
- Dependability, dedication, reliability, and a positive attitude are a must!.
- This is job is for a full service sleep disorders facility.
- Sleepware G3 sleep software, we will teach the right candidate if they have no experience with that equipment.
- Willing to relocate
