The Bainbridge Island Land Trust’s Operations Manager reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for managing the Land Trust office and organization-wide volunteer program to ensure an effective, organized, and smooth functioning work environment that supports all aspects of the organization.
In addition, this central role provides support to the organization’s Board of Directors and all staff. This position provides an opportunity for a detail-oriented, self-starting, and organized individual to serve an essential role within the Bainbridge Island Land Trust. The successful applicant will be personable, highly organized, and able to work independently in addition to being part of the greater staff and board team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires occasional evening and weekend work and the physical ability to pick up and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds. A valid driver’s license is required.

SALARY & BENEFITS
Annual starting salary range: $48,000-56,000. This is a full-time, salaried position (40 hours/week). Occasional weekend or evening work associated with events or other Land Trust activities will occur.
