    Job Description

    • Office Administrators ensure the smooth running of company’s offices and contribute in driving sustainable growth for our agents and the company.
    • Admin.s are responsible for overseeing the maintenance of office systems and work space, ensuring an efficient & productive work environment for our team of brokers & agents.
    • Admin.s are the keepers of the keys, the office supply cabinets, etc.—every resource our agents need to do their jobs.
    • Admin.s are also responsible for knowing company operational and administrative procedures inside and out and for sharing this knowledge with our agents as needed.
    • Admin.s complete routine tasks for agents as much as possible.
    • Admin.s work independently but occasionally consult with and support senior executives.
    • The ideal Admin. will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

    Requirements and skills

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Excellent organizational and leadership/support skills
    • Familiarity with office operational procedures
    • Particular attention to details to ensure accuracy & completeness
    • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite apps
    • High school diploma, degree in office administration or relevant field is preferred

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate office operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
    • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
    • Support banking and bookkeeping procedures
    • Maintain the office cleanliness and general appearance between office cleanings
    • Track inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • After training and competency assessment, review all agent contracts for accuracy & completeness and tasking agents for any corrections needed.
    • Create & maintain digital & printed listing presentation packets

    Assist and support agents & colleagues whenever necessary

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
