The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for identifying and creating exciting and compelling content that drives conversation and engagement around VIVE Collision, the collision repair industry, and its workforce. Understanding the tone, style, and voice of the VIVE brand and the collision industry is paramount for success. Reporting to the marketing manager, this person will reside in the northeast market (NY, CT, MA, ME, RI, PA, NJ, NH) and include 50% travel to VIVE’s locations and industry events.
Job Requirements:

Curate content for posts and campaigns across platforms for VIVE Collision, its locations, and our employee influencers. Including social posts, blogs, email campaigns, advertisements, video scripts, etc.,

Leads and participates in brainstorms for inventive ideas and topics that drive social engagement aligning with the VIVE brand.

Brings creative presentation skills and can confidently share work with key stakeholders.

Participate in on-camera appearances, effectively connecting with our audience through authentic personality.

Harness the power of trending sounds and videos to enrich the impact and relevance of our content.

Work with the Marketing Manager to develop content calendars.

Researching industry and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Work with VIVE teammates to generate engaging content.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree: Journalism, media, or communications preferred.

Experience with graphic design and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Ability to produce, shoot, and edit features, stories, and elements.

Copywriting/communication/storytelling skills.

High-level understanding of social media platforms: LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Strong communication, writing, and editing skills, including grammar, style, and spelling.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Creative mindset to generate engaging content ideas.

Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task with an agile mindset.
