Role Overview:   We’re seeking an analytical, detail-oriented and creative Paid Social Media Marketing Analyst to support our performance marketing company’s paid social initiatives. If you’re data-savvy and analytical, have a deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook/Meta, Instagram), and have a proven track record driving impactful results from paid social media advertising, TRANZACT is the place for you!  HYBRID ROLE - IN OFFICE TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS.

Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on Campaign Management: Optimize paid social media advertising campaigns focused on customer acquisition and return on investment

2. Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive paid social marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities and innovative tactics to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

3. Data Analysis, Performance Management and Reporting: Leverage data analysis & insights to optimize paid social media campaigns, tracking and owning key performance metrics, reporting out to various stakeholders

4. Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration: Be the voice and owner of your accounts, collaborating across teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing objectives
