Leasing and Social Media Assistant

Edinboro area real estate Management Company seeks a high energy leasing and social media assistant for apartment community. The company is focused on delivering quality and value to their tenants and customers. The leasing and social media assistant is responsible for the successful occupancy, promotion, and management of the apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Twitter, as well as publishing dashboards.
• Manage all promotions and advertisements.
• Review analytics to assess success and recommend improvements for future ads.
• Develop strategies to increase followership and engagement.
• Manage regular posting schedule of event promotions.
• Develop miscellaneous content to increase followership.
• Host special programs, such as “Instagram Challenges.”
• Create Facebook events for each hosted program.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
• Make occasional posts to cross-promote events hosted by other departments.
• Manage social media engagement during events, such as Facebook Live and other live posts.
• Take photos at events and upload albums to Facebook.
• Manage photo albums on department drives and Google Drive.
• Meet or exceed property occupancy expectations by effectively retaining residents and successfully marketing the property to attract new residents.
• Communicate with prospective residents through phone, email, text and social media
• Attract, review, and approve qualified lease applicants.
• Tour prospective residents of community and apartments
• Develop and maintain positive resident relations
• Provide proactive customer service to residents resolving any issues that may occur and ensuring maintenance completes service requests.
• Ensure that all property reporting is completed in a timely manner
• Maintain curb appeal by walking/inspecting the property and vacant units

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven sales/ marketing experience
• Exceptional customer service with the capability to handle multiple customer channels
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and solution-focused problem solver
• Proficiency in online marketing, MS office applications
• Preferred Management and administrative experience Real estate and / or property management helpful but not required
• Strong functional knowledge of social media principles, practices, and the desire to apply that knowledge in a professional environment.
• Ability to learn and adhere to brand standards and divisional marketing practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people Team player, who can effectively work with other managers and staff
• Clear, positive and respectful communicator
• Professional in appearance, work product and judgement
• Excellent at time management, prioritizing and completing tasks

Benefits/Compensation

• Pay rate is $12-$17 per hour
• Full Time
• 1st Shift: 8:30 am-5 pm
• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
