Strategic Media, a leading innovative audio advertising agency, founded in June 2000 is seeking an enthusiastic experienced Media Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Department Purpose:
Collecting, organizing, and presenting data and insights in such a way as to improve operational efficiency and help grow and optimize Audio campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze data from dashboards to provide actionable insights for our media, creative and client services team.
- Interpret data from dashboards, building Client-facing slide decks, and providing actionable insights.
- Communicating findings through written notes and presentations, offering strategic recommendations, and suggesting improvements to reporting processes.
- Build detailed slide decks that summarize campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Write clear, concise notes to help the Client Services team update clients on campaign status and significant findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to suggest and implement improvements to reporting tools and processes.
- Ensure that the information provided is accurate, clear, and aligned with Client needs and expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years experience in a similar role, preferably within the advertising or media industry.
- Proven experience in analyzing data and providing insights in a support role for Client-facing teams.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Experience in building slide decks and other visual communication materials.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in the audio advertising industry.
- Knowledge of current trends in media and advertising analytics.
- Familiarity with dashboard reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
