SUMMARY: Planning, generating and updating social media posts and posting schedules on multiple platforms.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Creating on-line conversations while interacting with the public at the same time.
• Be onsite for key activities /events/promotions/charity efforts/food venues specials to socialize these activities on social media in real time (including some weekends and nights) to drive engagement.
• Provide a weekly schedule of social posting activity, while maximizing the daily opportunities and pivot when necessary
• On-going, active monitoring and reporting of all MVG property and product reviews from outside rating organizations (i.e. Open table, Yelp, Google, Travel Advisory) and platforms.
• Weekly competitive monitoring & reporting
• Monitoring trending stories and hashtags
• Conduct social media interviews with internal stakeholders on specials, offers.
• Coordinating with other departments to market the MVG brand and its products.
• Drive digital follower expansion and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to influence.
• Tracking the success of social media efforts through goal setting with KPIs through online analytic tools.
• Follow all brand guidelines and common goal objectives.
