We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media/Brand Marketing Creator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our community, and driving brand awareness across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our clinic's brand and goals.
Create compelling and original content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram
Generate visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and written content to convey our services, promotions, and educational messages.
Monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Interact with online followers, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful connections to foster a sense of community.
Collaborate with the clinic team to develop marketing campaigns that promote services, events, and special offers.
Assist in managing and updating the clinic's website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Stay current with industry trends, wellness-related topics, and chiropractic practices to contribute valuable insights.
Brand Advocacy: Be a brand advocate and uphold the company's values and image through all social media interactions and content.
Qualifications:
1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in social media management or content creation, with a demonstrated track record of engaging and growing social media audiences.
2. Creativity: Strong creative and visual skills, with the ability to conceptualize and produce compelling content that aligns with the brand's aesthetics.
3. Social Media Proficiency: Profound knowledge of major social media platforms, their best practices, and trends. Experience with social media management tools is a plus.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
5. Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and derive insights to improve content strategies.
6. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple social media accounts effectively.
