• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Create original text, video, and image content, manage posts, and respond to followers.
• Manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals.
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
• Facilitate user-generated content, and monitor web traffic metrics.
• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google , and other social media best practices.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
