 The Social Media/Outreach Coordinator is responsible for working with the Marketing team to develop and implement initiatives and strategies that are in alignment with our Marketing objectives. This includes increasing company visibility, creating excitement about shopping at LifeSource, building long-standing relationships with customers, and supporting company growth and sales.

Starting pay: $35,360/yr.

Schedule: Tues-Sat

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in social media marketing.
• Demonstrated community outreach marketing experience.
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms.
• Must have an OLCC license.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work independently, problem solve, prioritize, and exercise good judgement.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong accountability in performing all tasks.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Self-managing, self-motivated individual.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical and reporting skills to establish success/failure of initiatives.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Excellent people skills and is motivated to sell the advantages of shopping at LifeSource.
• Scheduling flexibility- the ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays and to work both am and pm shifts is essential.

• Must have an excellent driving record, current Oregon driver’s license, and auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.

• Ability to be consistently on time, and on shift, when scheduled.
