Organic social media responsibilities:
· Keeping and implementing the posting schedule for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
· Growing and maintaining our follower base and online reputation
· Interacting with our customers and other potential brand relationships on social media, responding to their comments and queries
· Monitoring and analyzing the performance and impact of social media campaigns and activities.
· Researching and implementing best practices and trends in social media marketing
Marketing Coordinator responsibilities:
· Assisting our brand managers and digital product managers in launching webpages and creating marketing materials (such as flyers, brochures, banners, etc.)
· Keeping track of the progress and deadlines of the marketing projects and ensuring their timely and successful completion
· Reporting and communicating the outcomes and insights of the marketing projects to the senior management and other stakeholders.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing and management
· Excellent writing and editing skills and a creative flair for content creation.
· Proficiency in using social media tools and analytics platforms.
