Social Media Marketing and Communications Manager manages a team of specialists that create social media content and campaigns.   • Peter Boulware Toyota seeks a talented and motivated Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and develop engaging content for our social media accounts and assist with various marketing initiatives. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead social media content development for all dealership social media accounts.
    • Develop compelling content for our social media accounts, including photographs, videos, and graphics.
    • Manage advertising budgets and select appropriate channels for paid and free opportunities.
    • Coach and educate staff on creating successful content for their own social media pages.
    • Craft and post content, monitor social media accounts and respond to posts made by others. 
    • Work closely with store managers to create engaging collateral for new business, identify new leads, compile industry news, launch high-reaching campaigns, and provide support at team and community events.
    • Attend dealership events to capture photos and videos for social media and website use.
    • Manage executive personal social media accounts.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, along with experience in building paid marketing campaigns on these channels.
    • Attention to detail and understanding of subtleties across various social media platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to apply them to internal processes.
    • Relevant marketing and/or content creation experience.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and/or Canva.
    • Photography and videography experience.
    • Ambitious and goal-oriented personality.
