Known for its award-winning burgers, creative comfort food, and vibrant atmosphere, Gunselman's is more than just a restaurant – it's a community gathering place.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Social Media Manager to elevate the online presence of all of our Gunselman's brands. You'll be the voice of our restaurants across social media, crafting engaging content, promoting our delicious offerings and exciting events, and building relationships with our loyal customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and potentially others.
• Create high-quality, compelling content, including text posts, photos, videos, and stories that showcase our food, atmosphere, and community involvement.
• Optimize social media channels for maximum reach and engagement.
• Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and promote social media contests, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with the Gunselman's team to ensure brand consistency and support overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO).
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a strong understanding of social media voice and tone.
• Experience in developing content strategies for various social media platforms.
• A passion for food and the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative flair.
• Graphic design skills are a plus.
