About Us

Scalp Micro Pro Clinic is a leading scalp micropigmentation clinic and academy in Greensboro, NC. We specialize in helping individuals regain confidence through hair loss solutions and empowering others with education in permanent cosmetics. As we grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager / Marketer to help expand our brand presence, engage our audience, and increase bookings and academy enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Plan and create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, and stories) to showcase: Our SMP services, Client transformations (before/after results), Behind-the-scenes of the clinic and academy, Educational content to build trust and authority
• Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Collaborate with our team to generate ideas for campaigns, ads, and promotions.
• Run paid social media ads to drive leads and conversions for SMP services and training.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics (engagement, leads, growth, ROI).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or marketing (preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry).
• Proficient in platforms like Instagram, Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Skilled in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with social media advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills.
• Basic video editing skills (for reels and short-form content).
