As our Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic to various platforms. You will play a key role in creating compelling content and managing online communities to promote the organization's image effectively.

Duties:

• Photograph inventory and maintain vehicle window stickers
• Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
• Create engaging content including text, image, and video for social media posts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Generating biweekly social insights and photo reports

Requirements:

• A strong Portfolio of previous work displaying abilities
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and Canva for graphic design tasks
• Ability to tailor content effectively to resonate with target audiences
• Basic video editing skills and photography knowledge are a must

Job Type: Full-time
