About the role: :
The Digital Strategist provides strategic counsel to clients as it relates to website, lead generation, marketing automation, content management, and customer relationship management projects. Working with each client’s lead Account Manager, the Digital Strategist creates, generates, and guides marketing and technology concepts, ideas, and plans to close an identified business gap for the client. The Digital Strategist also advises within the following areas; marketing technology, business analytics, user experience, information architecture, and online marketing strategy. This individual must show a clear understanding of marketing and digital strategies as well as overall business and web and marketing technology acumen.

Responsibilities: :

• Design and lead discovery initiatives, including hosting focus groups and listening sessions with C suite stakeholders.

• Develop personas, identification of audience segments, and customer journey maps based on in-depth industry research and data.

• Provide direction, recommendations, and guidance on content strategy, user experience, and overall digital strategy needed to meet business objectives.

• Assist clients with on target recommendations of site architecture, content organization, searching systems, labeling, and data architecture.

• Assist in the creation and development of integrated marketing plans and roadmaps.

• Provide guidance and recommendations on industry leading, impactful marketing technology integrations.

• Create and implement measurement strategies to evaluate the digital experience as a whole.

• Collaborate with designers and programmers to develop websites and other digital experiences that activate the digital strategy.

Qualifications: :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation or web technology.

• Knowledge of research and analytic tools as well as other integrated digital marketing disciplines such as Google Analytics 4, SEO, SEM, CRM, online listening, trend analyses, UX design, usability testing, etc.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

• Strong presentation skills with a focus on articulating data and strategic analysis of data to clients in a clear, digestible way.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to varying client industries, landscapes, technological limitations, and budgets.

• Experience with CMS platforms like Sitefinity, Kentico, and WordPress is a plus.
