All new hires will be responsible for:

• Delivering top notch customer service for in-store customers
• Answering customer questions by phone and email
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of storefront
• Restocking product and helping with displays
• And more!

Content Creation Coordinators are additionally responsible for:

• Assisting with social media platforms and communications
• Creating reels that showcase the products and makers we feature
• Taking photos of new arrivals each shift for stories
• Upholding the aesthetics and branding of Common Deer throughout all content
• Collecting content and photos for maker profiles on our new website
• And more!

While retail experience is great - it's not necessary! Ideal candidates will be familiar with reel creation and social media best practices, but not required. Interest in photography is a plus.

All applicants must have an interest in working at least 1 weekend day per week.

All hours will take place on store floor, with responsibilities for content creation taking place on the store floor in most cases and balanced with customer service needs.

Ideal candidates interested in 15 - 32 hours per week for content creation roles - but if interested in less hours, we are hiring part time sales associates.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
