Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
• Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and photography, tailored to each social media channel.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, or Canva to design visually appealing posts and advertisements.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights; conduct research to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
• Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• Use tools like Hootsuite for scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing engagement data.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent research skills to identify market trends and audience preferences.
• Experience with online advertising strategies and tools (Google Ads experience is a plus).
• Strong photography skills to create original content that resonates with the target audience.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
