LSSI is hiring a full-time Intact Family Caseworker that provides the full range of foster care and/or adoptioncaseworkservices to children and families to maintain children in the family home or achieve permanency in the family of origin, extended family, or a foster/adoptive family.

Essential Functions:

• Present cases for staffing and conduct family-child team meetings.
• Coordinates and collaborate with other service providers, schools, and health care facilities to promote the child(ren)'s well-being.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work or degree in related human services field.
• State licensing/certification as required by the State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
• Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid Illinois drivers' license and proof of automobile liability insurance required.Access to transportation for visits and to transport clients to and from appointments.
