The number one apparel store In Gatlinburg is looking for a lively retail sales associate to work in this family run business.

You’ll be responsible for helping customers chose their apparel in an honest, friendly way, and guide them through the process of making an item that is unique to them. This is an extremely busy store, and you may be working with several customers at one time. You must be able to handle a busy, noisy environment and maintain an upbeat, happy attitude whilst doing so.

Customer service will be your main focus, but you’ll also keep up with inventory, store cleanliness, production of apparel, and assist with the production of orders placed through our various e-commerce channels as well as those on the spot for customers in store. This is a role where every day is different and flexibility is key. This is NOT your typical 'Tourist T-Shirt Shop'. Our standards are much higher, and our interactions with our customers are more involved and personal than other stores. If you are looking for a role which is simply ringing customers up, this is NOT the position for you. If you are looking for a position where you are allowed to have fun and use your personality to make our customers feel as unique as they are, then this will be a great fit for you.

Hours are flexible - full time or part time, Monday - Sunday, including weekends and holidays (With the exception of Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Thanksgiving Day). Possibility of overtime during the busy season. Parking pass for Gatlinburg provided. Weekly pay by direct deposit. Previous retail experience and computer knowledge preferred, but training will be given. Must be prepared to take Drug test if requested and references will be required. This position is for an immediate start.

Interviews will be held initially by zoom with the owner to be respectful of candidates time, and then at our store in Gatlinburg with the store manager.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
