The responsibilities of this position include:- Technical execution of all phases of software development from requirements to test and integration
- Leading a software team in an Agile development environment
- Program planning including Integrated Master Schedule and budget development
- Management of the software effort for cost and schedule (including Cost Account Manager responsibilities)
- Working with the program team including program management, engineering management and other disciplines to ensure success
- Performing estimates and participating in proposals for future business
- Participating in staffing and hiring decisions

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills- Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance
- 10 years of experience and minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Scientific degree with strong software engineering content
- Demonstrated ability in all phases of software embedded development
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Software project management experience including scheduling, budgeting, cost account management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills- Experience in Air Worthiness certification programs following DO-178C software processes
- Experience in Ada and C software languages
- Experience with Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) technology
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
