Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal contact for all current client-related queries, ensuring effective communication.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with our growing client base.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts, achieving ambitious growth objectives.
• Work in parallel with the sales team to uncover and pursue growth opportunities within your designated clients.
• Navigate client challenges with expertise, engaging the Operations Team to solve and overcome obstacles and objections.
• Lead and engage in ongoing training and development initiatives within your team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

• A history of successful relationship building with clients, colleagues, and within the professional community.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders across various levels.
• A forward-thinking mindset with a keen eye on advancement within the technology and software industry.
• Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding negotiation, listening, and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Practical experience with Confluence
• Though not mandatory, a degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field is a significant plus
