Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate a diverse range of projects, including Sewer/Water/Storm Drain Master Plans, Municipal Projects, Commercial Developments, and Residential Subdivisions.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects meet established objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and contractors to align project goals and deliverables.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and government officials, providing clear communication on both technical and non-technical project elements.
• Assist with project proposals, offering valuable input in planning, design, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of project management experience, preferably in civil engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and deliver successful outcomes on complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on balancing competing project demands and constraints.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with engineers, clients, contractors, and government agencies.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with civil engineering design principles and experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of local and state regulatory requirements related to civil engineering projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage projects from conception to completion.
