• In order to qualify for remote work, candidates need to reside or be willing to move to Nebraska.

• Responsible for building empowered teams with the passion and engagement to drive towards business outcomes.
• Act as a servant leader to ensure engineers have the insights, tools, and support to execute effectively.
• We are a fully remote department, as an engineering manager you are responsible to ensure the team is engaged and present while at work.
• Visualize teams out of office to ensure organization transparency.
• Ownership of LTR metrics and ensuring engineers understand the expectations as well as the why behind them.

• 10 years experience in an engineering or product role, building solutions from the ground up that support major business functions .
• Experience being immersed in engineering, product, and design functions, understanding the various processes.
• Negotiation skills necessary for management of external vendors.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to inspire colleagues.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles and measures.
