Job Description:

• Software quality assurance involves evaluating a software or system to identify differences between expected and actual results and ensure it meets the specified requirements. Software QA is an important process that helps identify defects, validate software functionality and verity that it meets business and user requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Testing clinical database application software and apps.
• Development and tracking of manual testing procedures.
• Development of automated testing procedures.

Experience:

• Software Testing experience or training is preferred.
• Insurance Billing and Patient Billing experience is preferred.
• Electronic Health Records (EHR or EMR) software experience is a plus.
• Strong Customer Service skills are required for this position.
• Applicant must be personable and be able to communicate well.
• Requires a special person with an eye for detail that can perform repetitive tasks with focus.
